The dining room is comfortable, here you can enjoy the many specialties that the cook will offer you every day. The cuisine is mainly based on typical dishes of the Pistoia mountains carefully prepared by Soriana, with
the use of our many typical products such as mushrooms, chestnuts, raw milk pecorino, Slow Food presidium.
Furthermore, the main meals will always be accompanied by rich buffets of appetizers and vegetables. For breakfast, hot drinks and a cafeteria will be served with a varied buffet and many homemade dessert specialties.
