History, culture and nature: these are the three pillars on which Trento, the capital of Trentino-Alto Adige, is founded.

The story is that of the prince-bishops, for centuries the undisputed lords of this flourishing city, a meeting point between the Mediterranean and continental worlds, which hosted the famous Ecumenical Council in the 16th century. Culture is alive, thanks to the prestigious University, the Muse, an internationally renowned natural science museum, the Buonconsiglio Castle, the precious Diocesan Museum and many other museums and historical sites to visit. As for nature, however, just look around: imposing mountains that embrace the gaze, trees and parks that make the city center breathe and the Sardagna waterfall, which makes the panorama from the city unique.

Day 1: Trento, old town

Arrival in Trento and pick up the rental car at the established rental point, transfer to the hotel and accommodation. Free lunch and afternoon available for a walk in the heart of the city that starts from Piazza Duomo with the church dedicated to the patron saint: San Vigilio. Behind the Cathedral, the Civic Tower, Palazzo Pretorio (Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art), the Fountain of Neptune and the frescoed houses that make Piazza Duomo one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. Following the main street you can admire the facade of the church of S.Francesco Saverio along which rise Palazzo Thun (town hall), and some noble residences rich in ornaments. Free dinner and return to the hotel for overnight

Day 2: Trento

Breakfast at the hotel and in the morning you can visit the Buonconsiglio Castle, a vast monumental complex of the region composed of a series of buildings of different eras, enclosed within its high walls. Free lunch and afternoon opportunity to visit the distillery of grappa near Trento, alternatively, free afternoon. After dinner in a typical restaurant and return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 3: Bolzano

Breakfast. In the morning transfer to Bolzano, free visit of the city starting from the Duomo, a true jewel of Romanesque and Gothic art located in Piazza Walther considered the lounge of Bolzano. Here takes place the Christmas Market and many other events such as the Flower Market and the City Festival. In the center is the statue of Walther von der Vogelweide, the famous German poet of noble lineage. Free lunch. In the afternoon visit to the castle Roncolo where are preserved splendid afffreschi that narrate scenes of daily life and the representation of King Arthur with the knights of the round table. Free dinner and return to the hotel for overnight

Day 4: Check out

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Depending on the departure time available to spend shopping. Release of the car in agreed place and end of services.
