Arrival in the afternoon, check-in at accommodation, dinner, and overnight stay.
Saturday
Early breakfast, then start (7:00 AM) of the saffron harvesting experience, including processing and drying. Free time for lunch. Afternoon visit to the medieval village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio and the Monastic Complex of Bominaco. Dinner at a local farmhouse and overnight stay.
Sunday
Breakfast and check-out. Optional visit to the Stiffe Caves (reservation recommended).
