Day 1: the contemporary art museum of Rivoli, with tasting on the way back

Stay and wake up at the Cascina Roland (or similar) in bed and breakfast. Entrance to the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rivoli, one of the most important in the sector, which is located in the Savoy residence of the castle of Rivoli. Next stop at the Gilac brewery, quality craft beer producers since 2014 are part of Maestri del Gusto, excellence selected by Slow Food and Chamber of Commerce of Turin. And in line with the principles of Slow Food, they create gourmet beers thinking about people who love the quality and genuineness of ingredients, respect for nature and continuity of tradition. The visit also includes the production facilities and will be conducted by the master brewer.

Day 2: visits to the vineyards of the lower Susa valley

Visit to the Prever winery, a farm that produces wines from historic vineyards and wine tourism. In an environment that respects nature and its rhythms, you will taste two different types of wines, accompanied by a proper gastronomic pairing. Visit to the cellars of Giuliano Bosio, in Almese, on the "royal road of Turin wines" where you will taste a tasty "aperitif" with food from the area, and you will witness an interesting storytelling about grapes and vines.

- 1 notte presso Agriturismo Cascina Roland (o similare) in pernottamento e colazione

- Fermata al birrificio Gilac, produttori di birra artigianale di qualità dal 2014 fanno parte di MAESTRI DEL GUSTO, eccellenze selezionate da Slow Food e Camera di Commercio di Torino. E proprio in linea con i principi Slow Food, creano birre gourmet pensando a persone che amano la qualità e la genuinità degli ingredienti, il rispetto per la natura e la continuità della tradizione. La visita comprende anche gli impianti di produzione e verrà condotta dal Mastro birraio. A seguire degustazione di alcune birre.

- Ingresso al Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Rivoli, uno tra i più importanti nel settore, ha sede nella residenza sabauda del castello di Rivoli

- Visita alla cantina Prever, azienda agricola che si occupa di produzione di vini, a partire dalle uve di vigneti storici, e di enoturismo. In un ambiente attento al rispetto della natura e dei suoi ritmi si degusteranno due diverse tipologie di vini, accompagnati da un giusto abbinamento gastronomico

- Visita alle cantine di Giuliano Bosio, ad Almese, sulla "strada reale dei vini torinesi" dove si gusterà un buon apericena con abbinamento ai cibi del territorio, e si assisterà ad un interesante storytelling su uva e vitigni
